In the tragic event that shook Glorietta last year, lives were lost, people were seriously injured and businesses closed down. One of the stores that were blocked off because of that blast was The BodyShop.

Well, now they’re back! I’m sure most kikay girls have an item or two from this fabulous beauty store. While there’s a branch over at Greenbelt, The Body Shop Glorietta will always be my favorite. After all, it was their first one in the Philippines.

The press event that I was talking about earlier was for the opening of its new store in Glorietta 3. It was a very successful launch with attendees including the snazziest members of the media, members of the diplomatic community and some famous peeps (I think they’re from Pinoy Big Brother…not too sure, I’m so not into local TV these days).

Spring is in the air

The opening of the new The Body Shop Glorietta store also highlighted the launch of Spring 2008 Make-Up: Spring Bloom Collection. And of course, there was a make over session. Hihihi..I got made over. Their new collection is really lovely, very feminine with elegant floral hues.
